How do I collect my vehicle?

You can collect your vehicle from one of our forecourts in Stockton, Heathrow, or Milton Keynes. The current location of each vehicle is listed on its individual vehicle page.

What kind of vehicles do you offer?

All our vehicles are premium-brand, late-model, single-owner vehicles that have been fully serviced throughout their life. This ensures you can buy with confidence, knowing they have been maintained to a high standard.

In addition to the benefits outlined in our Promise, we assess each vehicle's condition. This evaluation covers:

  • Mechanical performance
  • Exterior condition
  • Interior cabin condition
  • Load bay condition
  • Tyre condition

What if the vehicle isn't as described upon delivery?

A detailed handover will take place upon delivery, either with a Van Ninja representative or an authorised partner. Any concerns raised at that time will be addressed immediately.

For added peace of mind, all vehicles come with a 48-hour / 500-mile no-quibble return guarantee, along with a 12-month warranty and 12 months' roadside assistance (full details provided in your documentation).

If you're not satisfied, the vehicle can be returned or collected free of charge from the delivery location. We'll then work with you to find a suitable alternative. (T&Cs Apply)

What happens if a mechanical issue arises?

All vehicles include a 48-hour / 500-mile no-quibble return guarantee (T&Cs apply), as well as a 6-month warranty and 6 months' roadside assistance. Full details are included in your documentation.

Do all vans come with a full service history?

Yes, all our vans come with a full service history and are typically serviced at manufacturer-approved workshops. Copies can be provided on request.

Can I purchase insurance through Van Ninja?

We do not currently offer insurance services.

What if I live outside mainland UK?

We regularly sell vehicles outside mainland UK and are happy to discuss delivery and logistics on a case-by-case basis (delivery charges apply). Please contact us for more information.

How can I pay for my vehicle?

We accept most standard payment methods, including bank transfer and third-party finance.

Please note that we do not accept cash, credit cards, or debit card payments.

Do you offer part exchange?

Presently, no.

I have a fleet of vehicles, can I do multi purchase?

Not at present.

Can I purchase multiple vehicles for a fleet?

Yes, we regularly supply vehicles for fleet purchases. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

How do I tax my vehicle?

You can tax your vehicle online through the DVLA as soon as you collect or take delivery. For more information, visit: www.gov.uk/vehicle-tax

What customisation options are available?

We can arrange a range of customisations prior to delivery, provided they are paid for in advance. Common additions include:

  • Livery
  • Ply-lining
  • Roof bars
  • Telematics
  • Towbars

Please note : while our 48-hour / 500-mile return guarantee applies to the vehicle, it does not cover additional fitted items or associated costs if the vehicle is returned or exchanged.
